Annual Enhancement Program (AEP) Benefits


Jet Reports is committed to ensuring customers receive Immediate business value, take maximum advantage of the existing and new capabilities, are using the products in the best possible way, and have somewhere to turn if they need help.
 
Accordingly, Jet Reports Australia New Zealand has a new improved Annual Enhancement Program (AEP) which includes more benefits to help you be more successful. In addition to the benefits you already receive you will receive additional benefits such as Free Web-training (Valued a $495/Person), Installation assistance, Monthly Group Tips & tricks webinars, and a one-on-one web session to review reports. (The total value of these benefits ranges from $1,785 to $6,240 depending on your license)

The new AEP Rate is 20% of the Software value. For existing customers this will come into effect at your next renewal expiring on or after 1 June 2017
 
Jet Reports is accelerating the development of our software. For example, earlier this year we added the Web portal, allowing users to run reports via a web browser, and for administrators to control report access and versioning etc. As our valued customer, we want you to take advantages of these new capabilities.

Regional Support Benefits (Australia/NZ/Fiji)

  • Free Self Serve Training Program Access. (One per Designer while current on AEP). Program Details
  • Manage your own license (Change designers etc) using the licensing portal
  • Monthly Group Tips and Tricks and product updates via Live webinar presentations. Send your questions in advance and we will endeavour to customise the presentation accordingly. Monthly Webinar details/Register
  • 4 business hour response time on support queries.
  • One hour per year one-on-one Websession where we can review reports, help tune for speed, and advise on report design.
  • Jet Professional Installation Assistance:
    • Installation of Jet Service, Web portal and one Workstation setup.
    • Setup of Datasources and sample users in the Jet Administration Console.
(Assistance can be provided to the customer directly, or to assist the implementation partner.) 
(Any pre-installation requirements must be performed prior to installation)
(Applies to new Customers. Existing Customers receive 1 hour per year instalaltion assistance)

AEP Benefits do not include Onsite training, Report or Datawarehouse Development, additional time spent when the environment is not configured with the correct pre-requisites, and other advice or services not specified above.
