Services - Booking Policy


Our consultants are eager to help you with your Reporting and BI Requirements. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book in advance for any consulting work. 

Requests for Bookings
  • Although we will endeavor to accommodate your request, below are the lead times:
    • Project < 4 hours - 5 working days
    • Project > 4 hours - 10 Working days
    • Support - Via Support Site (See below)


Booking Procedure

  • Send Email to your Jet Reports representative detailing:
    • Nature of work
    • No of hours required
    • Dates Required
    • Note if this is an enquiry or a commitment
Note that there may be a  fee if a committed booking is changed or canceled within 10 working days of the assignment. (We will however do all we can to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances)

Technical Support

  • Technical Support is available at no charge to all licensed Jet Report users who are enrolled in the Annual Enhancement Program (AEP)and is logged through our support site at https://jetsupport.jetreports.com
  • Technical support assistance and troubleshooting (See here for Support vs Billable Consultation)
  • Technical support includes items such as questions about compatibility and hardware requirements, configuration and instalaltion questions, Error messages on reports which have been previously working. Technical support does not include questions on how to design a report, where to find data or excel functionality.
  • Technical support queries will normally be replied to within 4 working hours.
